Senator Halford called the Joint Session. President Pearce stated the call was satisfied. Senator Halford stated that a yes vote would override the Governors veto and a no vote would sustain the Governors veto. The question being: Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 14(JUD) become law notwithstanding the Governors veto?
